Building on graded lot allows this lower-story (-1) unit plenty of sunlight and airflow. The apartment has underground parking (level -2) but is also close to public transit.
*This apartment is equipped with a hot plate and hot water urn for shabbat*
Sukkot- There is a patio off the living room, can seat 10 people comfortably. The price for sukkot includes sukkah building.

The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
