Politique d'annulation

Our standard cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation of a reservation more than 90 days before arrival, City of Gold Apartments will refund 70% of the rental fee already paid. In the event of cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days before arrival (but less than 90 days), City of Gold Apartments will refund 50% of the rental fee already paid. There is no refund for reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival.

Extreme circumstances policy: Please note the following changes to our cancellation policy; these are in place due to the ongoing war. It remains our recommendation that guests procure travel insurance that would cover any of their out-of-pocket expenses/losses in the event that they are unable to make the trip. Nonetheless the following policies will apply regarding refunds for reservations resulting from airline cancellations: If your flight was booked with El Al (flights starting LY) is cancelled, we will refund you in full for your stay. If your flight was booked on any other airline (including an El Al partner or codeshare) is cancelled, your rental fee is non-refundable, however your cleaning charge will be fully refunded provided you notify us of the cancellation at least 7 business days ahead of your planned arrival.
